Registration Volunteering Venue Information
Plenary Sessions | An exciting program will feature invited Canadian and international speakers. Attendees will hear presentations on a wide variety of topics by senior representatives from industry, academic organizations, defence institutions, and the Canadian government. Speakers will explore ways that Canadian aerospace technology is being used to strengthen and secure Canada from coast-to-coast-to-coast.
Technical Sessions | Several parallel tracks will accommodate a technical program that is expected to include about 200 presentations on a wide variety of subjects – some suggestions are listed on the Call for Abstracts. Focus will be placed on aerospace systems, policies, and concepts that aim to strengthen Canada, and in particular, the North.
Language | The language of the CASI 2026 Conference is English. Please note that no translation services will be provided.

Submit a Standard Abstract or Submit an Extended Abstract
All participants (Presenters, VIPs, Volunteers and all other category of delegate) are required to register for CASI 2026 and are responsible for the cost of registration.
Registrants receive confirmation via email upon payment. Please have your payment information ready before registering.
A Letter of Invitation may be provided upon request.
Member/Non-Member: Persons who have achieved recognized standing in aeronautics, astronautics or associated technologies through employment and/or education.
Student: Persons engaged in full-time studies at a College or University and up to 30 years of age. Valid Student ID required.
Senior: Persons age 65 and over, or 55 and over and fully retired.
Registration Levels and Fees
Early Registration in effect through August 3.
Standard Registration in effect August 4 through October 13.
Onsite Registration in effect October 14 through October 16.
All fees subject to 5% GST.
All credit card transactions subject to 3.0% fee.

We encourage CASI Student Members to volunteer at CASI 2026 in return for waived registration fees.
