Terms and Conditions apply to all sessions and social functions taking place during CASI 2026.

CASI membership will be automatically validated during the online registration process. Members enjoy exclusive online content and registration discounts.

Special considerations regarding accessibility, dietary restrictions, life-threatening allergies etc. must be addressed during the online registration process.

All participants are responsible for submitting their own registration.

Registration Levels

Registration Level Definitions

Member/Non-Member: Persons who have achieved recognized standing in aeronautics, astronautics or associated technologies through employment and/or education.

Students: Persons engaged in full-time studies at a College or University and up to and including 30 years of age. Valid Student ID required.

Senior: Persons age 65 and over, or 55 and over and fully retired.

Regular Delegate Registration

Included with your Regular Delegate Registration:

• All Networking Breaks
• All Luncheons (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
• Welcome Reception (Wednesday)
• Reception and Conference Dinner (Thursday)

Student Delegate Registration

Included with your Student Delegate Registration:

• Welcome Reception (Wednesday)
• All Networking Breaks
• All Luncheons (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

To minimize Student Registration costs, the Talent Meets Market Breakfast (Thursday) and the Reception and Conference Dinner (Thursday) are not included. Tickets for these functions are available separately during registration.

Talent Meets Market Breakfast – a limited number of tickets are available for purchase by Student Registrants only. This ensures a high proportion of senior professionals to student participants for this unique and rewarding event. Space is limited.

Sponsor Registration

Included with your Sponsor Registration:

• Complimentary Sponsor Registration(s) according to your Sponsor Level, non-transferable
• All Networking Breaks
• All Luncheons (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) for registrants using a Complimentary Sponsor Registration
• Welcome Reception (Wednesday)
• Reception and Conference Dinner (Thursday)

A Registration Code will be provided for your Complimentary Sponsor Registration

VIP Registration

Our Invited Speaker registrations are complimentary for the applicable day. We require a registration from our guests in order to capture any allergies and/or special needs.

A Registration Code will be provided for VIP Registration

Volunteer Registration

• CASI Junior Members may apply to volunteer during this event. Space is limited. More about CASI 2026 Volunteering
• All Luncheons (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and Networking Breaks are included

Registration Policies

Payment Policy

VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

• All registration fees are subject to 5% GST
• Credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee of 3.0% fee
• Receipts are issued via e-mail once payment has been processed and your registration has been completed

Transfer, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Registrations are transferable with the express written consent of the original registrant. Request Registration Transfer
• Up to and including September 29, a full refund (less a $50.00 administrative fee) will be issued upon request
• On or after September 30, no refunds will be issued
• If you do not attend the conference and did not cancel your registration on or before September 29, no refund will be issued.

CASI 2026 Conference Cancellation Policy

In the event that the CASI 2026 Conference is cancelled, a full refund of all payments made will be issued with the exception of bank charges.

Meals

Due to the advance notice required to confirm meals with the Convention Centre, we cannot guarantee onsite registrants or onsite ticket purchasers a seat at any meal, or the meal of their choice.

Social Functions

CASI reserves the right to cancel or vary social functions if minimum participation numbers are not reached, and will be unable to refund extra tickets for social functions and any additional food/beverage ticket purchases less than 60 days prior to the event.

Data Collection

By providing your email address, you give consent to receiving email for all CASI 2026 Conference messaging. Your email will never be shared or made public. 

Imagery Disclosure

When registering, you agree to grant permission for CASI to use your likeness:

• in a digital capture of photo/video nature in any and all of its publications and presentations (including online photo galleries) without payment or any other consideration
• to authorise CASI to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photograph or video for purposes of publicizing CASI programs or for any other lawful purpose
• to waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears, that these materials will become the property of CASI.

Onsite Policies

The CASI 2026 Conference is a professional event. Please be respectful and mindful of other participants. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Registration, you agree to abide by them.

Violating professional conduct ethics during the CASI 2026 Conference may result in ejection from the event without refund, and permanent exclusion from future CASI events.
