The 65th International Astronautical Congress
2014 Toronto – “Our World Needs Space”

September 29 – October 3, 2014
Metro Toronto Convention Centre

Sponsor and Exhibitor Prospectus

The Congress is owned by the International Astronautical Federation of which CASI has been a member since 1962. Every year the IAC is hosted by a different IAF member organization in the country where that member is located.

In 2004 CASI hosted the 55th IAC in Vancouver to great acclaim. Our proposal to host the 65th IAC a decade later in 2014 was pitted against stiff competition from Australia (Adelaide), Turkey (Istanbul) and Israel (Jerusalem). The members of the IAF voted and their overwhelming choice was CASI’s proposal to host IAC 2014 in Toronto, with Metro Toronto Convention Centre as the main Congress venue.

The organization of IAC 2014 is already well under way. The Congress theme ‘The World Needs Space’ will be developed in Plenary Panels, Highlight Lectures, exhibits and a variety of special events. Visit the IAC 2014 website for more information!
