Associate Fellow
Those applicants who consider they are eligible for the Associate Fellow grade may apply to join as a Member, and immediately submit an application for advancement in grade to Associate Fellow. This application shall be made on an official form available on request from CASI HQ. It shall include names and addresses of at least two persons familiar with the qualifications of the applicant, who are members of the Institute.
